BENEFIND SRL, in the capacity as Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, taking into account the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided when communicating via the contact address of BENEFIND SRL, as well as those submitted in the attached curriculum vitae, are used for the purpose of processing the request of the data subject / candidate and, more specifically, to verify the requirements for potential recruitment and / or initiation of a professional collaboration. The provision of personal data for the purposes set out above takes place with the prior consent of the data subject.

TYPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Navigation data
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this website acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

This data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of computers and terminal equipment used by any user users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, the size of the response file, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are necessary to use web-based services and are processed, among the other things, for the following purposes:
● obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time/date, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
● check the correct functioning of the services.

Navigation data are kept for no longer than seven days (except for the need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities, if so required).

Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary communication and submission of the curriculum vitae via the contact address of BENEFIND SRL entails the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary for responding, as well as all personal data included in communications and in the curriculum vitae.

Data processing is carried out at the registered office of BENEFIND.

DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data collected are processed exclusively by employees or collaborators of BENEFIND SRL, who act on the basis of specific instructions concerning purposes and methods of said data processing, or by any person in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from web-based services are communicated or disclosed to third parties. The personal data provided at the time of communicating via the contact address of BENEFIND SRL, are used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the request of the data subject / candidate and, more specifically, to verify the requirements for potential recruitment and / or initiation of a professional collaboration, and are not disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or is strictly necessary for fulfilling said requests.

DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND DATA RETENTION
Personal data are processed using automated tools and will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to purposes for which they were collected, in any case, until you decide to no longer receive any communication from the Company BENEFIND SRL as set forth in the following paragraph “Data subject rights”.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Data subjects have the right, in the cases provided for, to obtain from BENEFIND SRL access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of data that concerns them or to oppose said processing (articles 15 and subsequent amendments of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The apposite request can be submitted directly to the Data Controller either via registered letter with return receipt to: BENEFIND SRL, Via Pratese, n. 201, cap 50145, Florence or, alternatively, by PEC certified email to: email@pec.benefind.it

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning the same through this website is in violation of the provisions of the relevant regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of said Regulation, or appeal to the competent court (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
