LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The provision of personal data for the purposes set out above takes place with the prior consent of the data subject.
TYPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this website acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND DATA RETENTION
Personal data are processed using automated tools and will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to purposes for which they were collected, in any case, until you decide to no longer receive any communication from the Company BENEFIND SRL as set forth in the following paragraph “Data subject rights”.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Data subjects have the right, in the cases provided for, to obtain from BENEFIND SRL access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of data that concerns them or to oppose said processing (articles 15 and subsequent amendments of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning the same through this website is in violation of the provisions of the relevant regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of said Regulation, or appeal to the competent court (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
